The Emerging Leaders Program is designed to empower and elevate the next generation of leaders within our business community This group of 21 to 40-year-olds will take the reins and craft an organization that fits their needs. But they can't do this without your help. We need experienced business owners, leaders, professionals to help mentor these Emerging Leaders along the way.
Key Features

Networking: The chance to network with individuals with the same goals and aspirations.

Collaborative Projects: Planning yearly meetings, functions, fundraising events, and getting involved with a local non-profit.

Skill Development: Learning how to become a good leader, someone who can thrive in a competitive environment by helping to build others up. We will also offer workshops, training, and a retreat once a year.

Mentorships: Forge meaningful connections with experienced mentors who can guide them on that leadership journey.
