ABOUT BROUSSARD CHAMBER FOUNDATION

Here at Broussard Chamber Foundation, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2021, we’ve been driven by ideas of support, empowerment and progress. Our very first two initiatives, the Brent Henley Youth Leadership Program and Lemonade Day, both focus on our community's young people who can learn leadership today for a stronger tomorrow.

Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Broussard Chamber Foundation is a nonprofit that emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for our actions to speak louder than words.

Making a Difference

Lemonade Day Acadiana

Lemonade Day is a nationally franchised program that was administerd locally by the Broussard Chamber Foundation. Lemonade Day Acadiana brings the community together while teaching our children about free enterprise. See how you can contribute or participate in 2023:

Arceneaux Park Redevelopment

Arceneaux Park has served the residents of Broussard for decades where many have played baseball in their youth. The City of Broussard, with the Broussard Chamber Foundation, are in the process of transforming this old sports park into a premier space for concerts, festivals, public fundraiser events, and more.

Brent Henley Youth Leadership

The inaugural Brent Henley Youth Leadership Program kicked-off on Monday, August 8, 2022. Led by Chairperson, Jerry Lynn, this leadership class aims to guide area high school students into becoming the future leaders of our communities.
